Senior Sales Consultants & Trainers

We are now growing our team!

Perpetto provides sales consulting and sales training to companies who are in the enterprise software business. Our consultants have a proven track record of negotiating and closing enterprise software deals as well as in building sales teams from the ground up. We are very familiar with setting up all of the sales workflows and sales systems that will ensure that your sales team performs at its best.

 

We take a very custom approach and we first spend a lot of time analyzing and understanding your business. Then, we create recommendations, success plans, workshops and consulting sessions tailored to your specific company needs.

 

We are expanding and are therefore looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team.

 

What your typical day would look like:

 

  • Analyze our clients’ sales processes, sales systems & tools. This is typically done through a combination of on-site meetings, sales calls monitoring and client interviews

  • Prepare recommendations for improvements and success plans based on the findings in the analysis

  • Prepare custom-tailored content for online and on-site sales workshops, sales seminars and webinars

  • Lead sales coaching sessions, sales consulting sessions, sales webinars, seminars, workshops, training days

  • Cold-call leads that you would need to identify either through LinkedIn or through your own network

  • Make cold calls on behalf of our clients by searching and locating them within their CRMs

  • Make calls to qualify established leads  - budget, timeframe, decision making process, competitors and aim at arranging on-site meetings

  • Attend on-site meetings as the sales person alongside our clients’ consultants/sales engineers who have the technical capability and know their products inside out

  • Prepare offers alongside our clients and successfully drive these offers to signed contracts/submitted Purchase Orders

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • An emotionally intelligent individual with strong influencing and relationship building skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of sales experience

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Sharp thinking and an eye for detail

  • A proven track record of sales outbound effort at the enterprise level and experience in executing and developing B2B market strategies

  • Training and consulting experience would be considered a plus
